Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The room, while having a private outside seating area, was crowded and uncomfortable, with a musty smell. The service was excellent and attentive, with a warm and cozy atmosphere. The location was convenient, close to downtown Napa for easy access to restaurants and wine tasting. The facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were clean, romantic, and comfy, and the hotel had a big bathtub with a shower. The staff was amazing, very friendly, and accommodating. The location was great, close to downtown Napa and not far from the waterfront. The dining was out of this world, with excellent variety and large servings. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even better.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room didn't quite match the website pictures and was a bit noisy with some disruptive neighbors, but overall, it was comfortable and as advertised. The service was exceptional, with the staff being super friendly and going out of their way to assist, even finding us great restaurants open on Christmas. The location was very convenient, walking distance to downtown Napa, making it easy to access all the festivities. The dining experience, however, left something to be desired with limited options for breakfast. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel offered a decent value for the money.
